We're 6 blocks north of the junction of Hwys 34 & 71 in Park Rapids, a half-mile by the river from Fish Hook Lake, and its walleye, largemouth bass, northern pike and pan fish. We are located only 6 blocks from the paved Heartland Trail.

A variety of year-round recreational opportunities await guests at Riverside Point -- Swimming, fishing, boating and bicycling in the summer; snowmobile and cross-country skiing in the winter. Leaf gazing and hunting will draw you to Park Rapids in autumn. Spring brings fresh breezes, April showers, and the hunt for the first Lady Slippers.

Popular area attractions include Summer Hill Farm, World of Christmas & Evergreen Park, and the Heartland Trail, a 50-mile multi-use trail with the first 27 miles paved.
