$125.00 DEPOSIT required on reservations of 4 or more nights. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making reservation. 30 day cancellation notice required for deposit refund.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEES will be charged one night stay if you fail to cancel your reservation prior to your reservation date.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 30 day advance notice for housekeeping cabins and motel rooms.

FAMILY REUNION POLICY - When making reservations for a family reunion, each family is responsible for reserving and guaranteeing their own room. No blocking of multiple rooms. Each party is responsible for guaranteeing their room within 7 days.

NO PETS EXCEPT BY PRIOR APPROVAL. There will be a $10 per night charge on any pets staying in units. Maximum charge of $50 per week. Please register your pet at check in. Pet Policy Sorry, but no pets are allowed in Cabin seven or Studio nine.

Housekeeping cabins furnished with complete bedding, bath and kitchen towels, microwave, toaster, drip coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and dish soap.

Motel rooms have small refrigerator, microwave, in room coffee with drip coffeemaker and toaster. Studio #9 is furnished as a housekeeping cabin with motel amenities.
